Khalil Gebara is a University Lecturer, Public Policy Expert and Governance Consultant.

His expertise encompasses anti-corruption, the rule of law, governance, local development, and public policy and he has extensive experience as a researcher, trainer, academic, government advisor, and civil society advocate.

Throughout his career, he has established a strong track record as an international consultant, delivering complex training and high-level policy advice to numerous countries and international organizations. He has collaborated closely with governments and both local and international organizations. He specializes in offering policy advice on the rule of law, governance, electoral reforms, public financial management, public sector reform, security sector reform and local development.

He also teaches Economics at the Lebanese American University (LAU).

He holds a Ph.D. in Middle Eastern Political Economy, an MA in Economics, and a BA in Economics.
